 Crisis Square Mile Run - Thursday 4 June 2009
Sponsor our runner
Starting at 7pm from Paternoster Square next to St Paul’s Cathedral this 3½ mile run takes the runners along the Thames Pathway and the Southbank, past the Tate Modern and finishing in spectacular style over the Millennium Bridge.

What £100 means to Crisis
• £100 could pay for a days training in our Skylight Cafe, equipping someone with the skills to get a full time job
• £100 could keep 20 homeless people healthy by covering the costs of their prescriptions at the Crisis Christmas medical centre
• £100 will pay for four hours of tuition for an entire class using our Skylight centre.
• £100 would pay for a homeless person to sit their Maths and English GCSE’s
• £100 could buy one of our members some smart clothes for an interview to help them get back into work
• £100 could pay for Christmas dinner for 33 guests at one of our Crisis Christmas centres. |
 ORPINGTON CHARITY CALLING ALL RUNNERS
The Maypole Project provide a life line of emotional support for children with complex medical needs and their whole families across the South East.
The Maypole Project has secured 12 places in the Asics British 10K run in Central London on the 12th July 2009 and are currently looking for runners to run and fundraise on behalf of the project.
The minimum sponsorship is £250.00 and they have a sponsorship pack to assist runners with their fundraising.
